Then, identifying the factors of ethnic entrepreneurship strategies, it offers some lays for assessing cultural entrepreneurship strategies and benchmarking it. Afterwards, it tries to reform and standardize the presented model through questioning experts and elite of the profession. It is concluded that there is a significant difference among the mean ranks of the implementation factors of the entrepreneurship strategy which is detailed through the work.
